Crumbit Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use Crumbit, a Windows app made by The Whole Mind Group ("we"). By installing or using Crumbit you agree to them.
Using Crumbit
- Crumbit is a personal productivity tool. You may use it for yourself and your own work.
- Use Crumbit only on a computer you own or are allowed to use, and only to record your own activity. Don't use it to monitor other people without their knowledge and consent.
- Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute Crumbit except as the law allows.
Your data
Your data belongs to you and stays on your PC. How Crumbit handles it, including the optional Google Calendar link, is explained in the privacy policy. Keep your own backups; we can't recover data from your PC.
Google Calendar
If you link Google Calendar, your use of Google's services is also governed by Google's own terms. You can unlink at any time in Crumbit's Settings or in your Google account.
No guarantees
We work hard to make Crumbit reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Reminders depend on your PC being on and Windows notifications being allowed; don't rely on Crumbit alone for anything critical, such as medication, legal or financial deadlines. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using Crumbit.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using Crumbit after a change, the new terms apply.
